H1B Visa Transfer Question

Dear Ron,

I need some information on the H1 transfer process. I am working for Company X on their H1-B visa in the US. I recently accepted a job offered by Company Y. This company Y has now filed for my H1 transfer (Form I129-Change of Employer) under premium processing which got approved last week. I had hoped to start work for Company Y from next Apr 16, 07. But, I have realized that I accepted company Y offer in a haste and would like to continue working with company X (There petition is still valid and expires in 2009). I need your expert advice on this situation.

1. Can I continue to work for Company X even after my transfer is approved with Company Y without starting work at Y?
2. Can I go back to work for Company X after I join Company Y without X again applying for H1 transfer?
3. Will there be any legal complications later on when filing for greencard because of this transfer and again going back to work for X?

I would really appreciate if you can answer this for me!!
