Thread: Travel after Interview

    Default Travel after Interview

I had my interview last week and I have to travel to Mexico next week. I haven't received the oath letter yet. Can I travel while I am waiting for my Oath letter? Should I do anything different or any procedure to follow while I am coming back at the POE? I am going only for 5 Days.

    Please advice.

    Thanks

You're still a Permanent Resident, so all the rules for Permanent Residents apply.
There is nothing special. At the oath, they just want to know about travel abroad after the interview.
    I am not a lawyer.
