Default Interview coming soon with issues

    Hello,

I have an interview coming up Dec, 03. In Nov 2003 i was arrested and charged with theft(bad checks $3600) during the greencard interview and after i got released they USCIS asked for case diposition and i did send it and indicated the case is dismissed, 2 weeks later i got the green card and the incident has no impact on the green card approval. In Dec, 2007 i applied for citizenship and in 3 weeks i will have my initial interview. I want to know if i will face any problem. By the way, i traveled out of the courty 2 times and i faced no problems and since the last incident i had no problem with the laws. Do you think my application will be denied?

    thanks

If the case was dismissed, then there was no conviction. I assume you didn't admit to anything? If you didn't, then there shouldn't be any problem. They can't use CHARGES against you, only convictions and admissions.
