N600k interview

hi.
we are about to file n600k form for our kids.

we are not US residents for now, and we would like to have the interview during our trip to the US in August 2009.

is there a way to ask for an interview in august?

is there any difference between CIS offices around the US?

It is next to impossible to get the CIS to agree to an interview in a specific month. Also, given their processing delays, they may not even get to your case by next August.
