Further review of my case is required-wreckless driving probation

I went in for a interview today Aug 11, 2008 and the result was "further review of my case is require" the reason for this was I got my DUI case reduced to wreckless driving however even though the case was dismissed I still have one year of probation left apparently, however the charged date was back in 2006 but the case was dismissed finally in 2007, I had all the paper work and explained the situation....what do you think the outcome will be and how long will it take? I appreciate your time.....blesss

First off, when did you finish the probabtion? did you plead guilty/nolo contendre to wreckless driving? About two other tickets, are these traffic violations?

If you provided the CIS with a certified court docket sheet showing a final resolution, then they have all they need to close your case. How long that will take is anyone's guess. Clearly, they are not the most efficient agency.

thanks for your responses, will keep fingures crossed, yes I did provide them with all the docet and that where the unhappy lady saw the probation period hadn't ended yet but still wished me goodluck at the end of the interview..what a suspense....have the right to pursuit of happiness.. hhummmmm
