    Default Greencard from Employment and American Wife

    Hi Ron -

    I have my Greencard last year through my Employer and I got married this Year and My wife is an American Citzen.

    To Apply my Citzenship, Do i have to wait for 5 years or 2 years?

    Is there a special process for my Sceniro to apply Citzenship...

    Ordinarily, you would have to wait five years from the date you received your green card. Since you are married to a US citizen, however, you may file three years after you got married (assuming you had your green card all of that time).
