If a person is convicted of 18 U.S.C. §1425 (unlawful procurement of citizenship: committing crime or offense before the naturalization for which the person had not been arrested or charged) and his citizenship is revoked, what happens with his children’s citizenship which had been derived from him?

It depends on the unique facts of the case. Generally, when a dependent derives a benefit from a principal, and the principal's benefit is revoked due to fraud, the dependent loses his or her derivative benefit as well.
