can i take the infopass appoimt and ask io query or my process information i dint recived oath letter icall uscis but say wait for 90 days
is it good idea to go or without go infopass and ask for what ?

You can go to an InfoPass appointment any time you feel like it. Since they blew it on your appointment letter, the person you see at the InfoPass appointment might be able to help you on the spot.
