:confused: :mad:i passed exam almost 3 weeks ago but io tell me you got letterfor oath is about 2 to 3 weeks still not recived
he signed me my full name 3 sign in one paper give it to me on passing letter with no obejection mark 1. cross n last 4 it cross mark
but in the last line appeal after 120 days case denied what doest it mean should my case never click any cross descison not yet so aim worry about late in distict chicago serv center is be late or oath backlog or pending what is happen behind delay for oath
i know i ask so many ? in this paragraph but sorry to say i now you better answer me sir

It can take them up to 60 days to send out an oath ceremony notice. If you wait 120 days and still haven't received it, sue them.
