Thread: Juror Questionnaire in mail?!

    Default Juror Questionnaire in mail?!

    Hi Ron,

I am surprised to see Juror Questionnaire in mail. I don’t know why they mailed it to me. I’m not US citizen and I have not registered to vote.

    - Am I obligated to reply back to them?
    - Do I have to fill out whole questionnaire?
    - Do I have to send them copy of alien registration or passport as they have noted in case one is not US citizen?

There should be a box that you can check that informs them that you are not a United States citizen. Most jury summonses are generated from lists of people with drivers licenses.

I appreciate your advice. Yes, I do have DL. I will check the field that I’m not citizen.
Do I have to attach copy of passport?

No, checking the box is sufficient.
