Im A Usc Living In The Dominican Republic, I Have A 1 Year Old Son And I Applied For The Transmition Of Citizenship But Was Denied Because I Havent Lived 2 Years In The Us After The Age Of 14, Now The Problem Is That My Couple (sons Mother) Was Petitioned ("before She Became Pregnate") By Her Stepfather And Now Approved For Her Us Residence, She Needs To Leave The Country.

I Was Told To File An N600k On Behalf Of My Father Who Is A Usc, But I Dont Know How Long That Is Going To Take. Can U Tell Me Whats The Estimated Time For The Process
I Really Dont Want The Baby To Be Away From His Mother Is There Any Faster Way For Us To Travel To Usa ?
