What Should Be Included In The New I-140 Ead Rule?

    Check the URL posted earlier it will give u Certified and Certified Expired

    Also Note DOL data for prediction will not paint any correct picture

    we need the 140 data for any right prediction

    Rule should look something like this please give your feed back so when comment window open everyone speak the same language

    1) Employer withdrawal of I-140 will not have any effect if it was withdrawn before 6 month of rule publishing given the employee is still working for the same employer
    2) Employer cannot withdraw I-140 after the rule goes into effect/ will not effect filling for the last stage
    3) Employee who are holding I-140 with will be allowed to apply for EAD with AP with minimum of 3yrs of EAD/AP approval time.
    4) Future/Same employer will be allowed for file for the last stage I-485 as long as the job remains same or similar, as the priority dates become current.
    5) All people who are applying for this 140 EAD/AP will have to maintain status at the time of final filling of I-485

    During the comments period we should include one liner "Please implement ASAP" mass comments hope that will help to get it implemented with in 3 years

    We don't need to think bad here we have such big community who are stuck for so many years.
    My point is we need right strategy to make USCIS work efficiently and deliver the things in time.
    There are two ways a) If you beg them do it ASAP then they might do out of sympathy by looking at so many comments at-least they will value the timing b) or Instead of sending any comments create such a lawsuit or legal action so they realize there is a point against them mistakes and at-least they implement the rule as a intermediate band-aid for troubled community. It's like Duniya Zhukti hai we just need right step.
