Greg is working along with IV to see any updates from DC on this.... his tweet is requesting IV to give updates...

I believe Greg, IV, Ron and other lawyers are all joined hands together to make this successful...

We ran out of memory yesterday and that's what caused the DB problem.

It does not work like that. Once a TRO is issued they have to win the case before anything different will happen to those applications. Ron can correct me if I am wrong.

Awesome, so they have to process the applications until the case is over?

Good stuff @cuckoo. If judge denied TRO and accepted case for hearing/trial then should we stand for "Preliminary Injunction"? If yes, Timeframe? Thanks!

No just keep them in one place and label it part of the class action. They will not be processed till the case is decided

Then what is the point of TRO? Hpoing defendant won't get a stay on it so we can send applications?

and process the applications until a stay is issued?

To preserve the status quo till a final decision is made in a case. You get the benefit of filing AOS filing date.

I think this is how it works

If TRO is approved, end applications
    If no stay from defendants
    Applications processed
    ELSE
Put on HOLD until case resolved
    ELSE
    Preliminary Injunction

Note: DOn't bother on the syntax :D

I seriously doubt they will move the dates beyond 2009 in this Financial year. I will glad to be wrong on this one. With the increasing demand and lack of spill over, EB2 will not be able to cross 2009 even this FY.
Very important that all EB-2/3/I/C all get together as one unit, else there is no respite. After this suite, lets all focus on the wastage law suite, and I-140 EAD. Believe me today's fight is only a battle in the big war.

These are my personal views on estimates/dates. Nothing official, only based on incidental data points.
