    Hi Ron, Good Morning

I have valid H1B Visa stamping from Company A till 2018 Jan. I moved to Company B recently.
Now can i go out of USA and come back with Company A's stamping ? Does it create any problem at port of entry ? What if my Company A revokes H1B?

Your swift response in this regard is much appreciated.

    Thanks
    NagaRaju.P

You may use your old visa in combination with an approval notice from the new company to return. It doesn't matter if the first company revokes their petition.

    Dear Sir:
    Thank you for your e-mail.
If you are a first time traveller to the U.S. and have the ABC visa you should not use it for XYZ employer.
You should apply fresh for XYZ.
    Sincerely,

@BLUELABEL Okay, thanks for the information.

However do you have any idea on recent update since 2008 , why because I can see in various forum's like Quora ,immihelp and other forum's it's been mentioned as it's not necessary and in some forum's it's mixed response. So just trying to get some clear picture on this.

Really I was in pulled into confusion stage now:(.....

My understanding is if you are never in H1 status before then you cannot use previous employer visa.

If you are in USA on H1 status and change employers then you can use previous employer's valid visa when you go abroad and come back to USA.

Okay. Do you have any idea that if we go for stamping with Employer B (which is a mid range company and consulting firm) and in case for some reason VO denies it then my Current visa which is already stamped with my current employer will be still valid ; Can I travel with my current employer?

Your understanding is wrong. You may use it.
