    Hi,

My current i94 expires end of Sep 2015 and my employer has filed for an extension and received the receipt notice. In this situation is it possible to transfer my visa to another employer?

    1. By the time the new employer files the petition and if my i94 expires. Is it possible to apply for a transfer with just the receipt notice ?

    Please advise.

    Thanks

If you are an H1B, then you may do what you ask.

Yes Ron, I am on H1-B. So with Expired I-94 and receipt notice, it is still possible to apply for a transfer right?

Won't there be any issues with the H1-B transfer with new employer?

What if i get an RFE for Employer A and gets denied , while still Employer B petition is in progress?

    Please advise

You have what is known as a bridge petition. Your new petition cannot be approved unless and until the earlier one is approved.
