Please do use social media effectively to shame (if such a thing exists for USCIS) this action.
this thread open and visible to google search .
Is it possible make it un-google-able but at the same time leave it on here?
Not sure what their basis would be but we are focused on recovery of 150k+ visas wasted since 2001. They would probably focus on forcing uscis/ dhs to revert to the originally published oct visa bulletin
Thank you S_gan for you efforts. I am in the fight, what ever you need.
I hate to add this - will this even help?
Cuckoo, I am interested to help you if you need anything , let me know . I hope you can get my email address from here , would like to do my little bit
No, this is very different. We have been working on this for over a month. This litigation is to recover wasted visa numbers. If we are successful, your priority date will likely become current.
How do I send in my story. Got a request from someone ( no name taken) with a dropbox link. But its restricted for me to load the doc with my story.
Any sample is appreciated. Will help out lot more people too.
Just joined the forum, would like to do whatever is needed to recapture unused visas. I will send out an email with my story shortly!!
There are dangers in opening up everything to public access, such as numbers usa and other mischievous elements messing with the content. So we had to restrict access .
Yeah i need to try upload - been late with a production dates colliding - i will try squeeze the letter. Thanks for the extra effort
I am in.. please send me details on where to send the story.
I have to applaud Ron and the team for coming up with this - thanks for their effort to the cause of fairness ..
On the brighter side - this fiasco has atleast fired up the community to unite and stand for their rights
@cuckoo should we email our story? or plan to open the dropbox at least to upload?
email to firstname.lastname@example.org
Also look at manixium's post above on some guidance on what to include.
@manixium instead of telling what not to do, can you also provide us what to write?
The problem is whoever can upload can edit anything in the dropbox. It will be a lot of emails for me to handle but I will cope
See my post right above this one.
