I'm IN. Pls do it quickly. Time is running out. We have to make noise. We have to show our presence to WH, USCIS & DOS.
Any prospective plaintiffs based out of Seattle or Sacramento ?
Manixium has also put in a lot of time and effort.

I am interested and already submitted my story to cuckoo.
I am intrested !
I should have added Manixium, DamperGreen, smartboy, agulv, and soopergirl to the list. They have all worked hard on this, particularly Manixium.
Aww, thanks, but you and s_gan and Kamikazee get a lot of credit for being the brains of the operation. I just did janitor work
Guys, whoever are interested, can you start working on drafting your stories of the problems you've had because of being in the backlog? Some notes on what to write:
1. No more than one page
2. Try not to make it too emotional, at the same time, not too clinical.
3. Focus on monetary losses, career issues, and family problems. Make sure to be specific about what problems you've had. i.e, missing out on job opportunities/promotions, family separation issues, that sort of thing.
4. Don't focus too much on H1B/PERM issues, as these are separate. Put down your problems with them, but be sure to tie it into the backlog.
Biggest takeaway after reading the letter should be how badly you've been screwed over by a very preventable backlog. That point should come across very well.
Don't worry about style or format. If it helps, put down the issues you've faced in bullet points.
I am interested as well
Please, no names on a public forum. Can you edit this ASAP?
I am also in
These are two separate initiatives.
Forgot to add; once you have your drafts ready, add your email address, your initials, state of residence, and email them out to email@example.com. No personal info is required at this time - just a way of contacting you back.
Hey, you did the critical job of editing the stories so they stay on point and come off as polished and sophisticated. Appearances matter a great deal.
Separate names with a comma.
