    Clutching straws..

but seriously, all EB3 dates look same - that is not a good thing for EB3I advancement.
merely agency is trying something for EB3?

I really fail to see any connection. Whats your theory?

Both R&R are effectively dead right now.

It is almost an internal retrogression for P&C. Given the dates to which they had progressed (2014&2011) I doubt there are any/very few with those dates. So almost all the EB3 spillover should be going to EB3I.

Any update on the discussion of legal class action for the Re-capture? I know we spend sometime discussing about it.

I guess we are all waiting for Ron to confirm if he found any traction with litigators on this topic.

I'm having a hard time getting others interested. You need to understand that there is only a small pool of people who are class action certified. This is going to be expensive for whomever does it. By expensive, I mean that it is going to take up an enormous amount of time and resources. I'm happy to volunteer my time, but it is very difficult to find others willing to do the same. I'm in contact with some public interest law firms to see if they might be interested.

Thanks a lot Ron. We do understand that it is an uphill task and will take a lot of time and resources. Let us know if there is anything we can do to help. All we want out of this is relief as applicants should not suffer due to the agency's negligence.
