    Hello everyone!
I'm a little worried, my husband passed the test but was missing a disposition for domestic violence case that was dismissed. We are going to send the immigration officer the police report and sealed deposition for review.
The police report looks ugly :( even though case was dismissed can that police report affect his citizenship? He's been good for the 3 years of good moral period no arrest or anything like that.
    Thanks so much!

Yes, USCIS online form filling or filling the form they have some restriction in the criminal if your husband filed any case over him then he will not eligible to apply U.S. Citizenship Form N-400, Application for Naturalization.

So after clearing the records in case then only he will eligible to apply for U.S. Citizenship Form N-400
