    Hi,
I am new to this forum and went through some of the threads trying to find an answer. But I am still not clear so posting a new thread.

My I-140 is approved and it have been more than 180 days.
My spouse is employed on H4 ead based on my I140 approval.
I understand that if I change my job now, and if the current employer does not withdraw my I140, I can port the PD while my new employer files I-140(obviously after perm). My question is,
once I change my job if employer withdraws the I-140, will it still be active?
Can my spouse still continue being employed with H4 EAD?
To renew the H4 ead, should we have the new I-140 approved by then or can we do by the existing I-140 approval(considered withdrawn) and H1/H4 visa extension?

    Thanks.

Thanks Santy for the quick reply.
So I understand that my spouse can still continue to work with the EAD until it expires. To renew the h4 ead, I need to have I140 filled by the new employer and approved. (This is in case of my current employer withdraws my I140 after my job change).
