    Hi ,

I have an approved I140 from my previous employer . He shared my GC labor approval and ETA case number with me but not my I140 approval . How can i still make use of the my previous priority date with my new GC filing through a new employer without having I140 approval notice document or receipt number with me .

    Thanks

you can file FOIA to get a copy of i-140.. You dont need the i-140 approval. As long as you have the i-140 receipt number , you should be good to go.

Thank you Donies for clarifying . Is there any way if we don't have the I140 receipt number . Can we get I140 approval notice with Labor Case number .
