That's because it is expected that these changes will be incorporated from the October VB onwards which is supposed to come out in the next 2 weeks.

I still beats me that if the state is making any changes to the coming bulletin (which is like 3 or 4 days away), wouldnt it come out with a press release of what to expect before that for people like us to make sense of it? Oh Well, I am asking for too much

I dont' think there should be a memo or press release, but rather a note at the bottom of the visa bulettin. They should just roll out the new idea with the VB itself and not advertize. The less vibe it creates the better.

Remember, IV had provided the heads up. Just saying to be fair to them.

I think we all need to wait for official release of the details and 100% sure all corners were taken in account before the release.

Moreover, after seeing H4-EAD, OPT-STEM and DACA stuffs, they won't make the same mistake of having loop holes for fault. It is ok to come late but latest.

Also, the information on websites could be a trailor and not full movie.

Look for the October Visa Bulletin on Friday or maybe next Monday. Historically, the October VB takes a bit longer to put together.

Now we have new information that it could be out today.

Keep in mind that there is a hot link to the VB page in the lower right corner of this page.
