    Hi,

I am on H1B my employer during petition put 50,000 as my annual salary on the LCA.
But during my hiring I gave a written authorization to my employer that he can pay me
20,000 annually and deduct the rest as repayment of the loan that he gave me to buy a
new house.H did not mention that on the paystub.

Will he be in any trouble if the immigration ask for the clarification after my H1B was
    approved.

If you can please let me know as he was just trying to help me.

    Thanks.

If he actually gave you money for a home loan, and the employer properly deducted taxes, there should be no problem.

Ron's opinion is right I've been in a similar situation once.My advice in situation like this.. it's still better to take time to openly discuss things directly with your employer so you could have legal records of these deductions since you said it wasn't stated or mentioned in your pay-stub even after knowing there wouldn't be a problem at all.
