    Hi Ron

My Perm and I140 got approved from Company A (PD - Feb 2014) .I just moved to company B and got H1-B transferred

Its seems my previous company A wont revoke my I140

As I see lot of noise going around EO immigration reform this week

Need your suggestion what I should do if EO happens and EB becomes current and how I can get applied for EAD

    Please advise

You will need a new PERM/I-140 in order to file for AOS. Once a company withdraws an I-140, there is no going back. The USCIS will make them file a new one.

If they don't withdraw it, and you honestly plan to go back there and work for them, then you can still use it.
