I am about to file N400. I got my green card based on employment based and N400 is based on 5 year rule. On the revised N400 instructions it says, following need to be submitted along with N400

    1. Photographs.
    2. Photocopy of Permanent Resident Card.
    3. Photocopy of your Current Legal Marital Status Document.

But on M-477 for Document Checklist, it says

1 photocopy of both sides of your Permanent Resident Card
    2 identical color photographs,
3.A check or money order for the application fee

Should i have to send photocopy of my marriage certificate even though my N400 application is based 5 year rule?

    Thanks.
