i will apply j1 visa. I have been living USA for 5 years, valid F1 visa. In 2014 I got denial asylum case. Then I am still maintaining my visa. I dont back to my country and live here for 5 years. Army submit document to uscis to check my immigration status. I think uscis knew that I am going to enlist but I have not signed the contract and still in the process.this J1 is sponsored by ecfmg for medical residency training, I need to have this visa in July this year. Change status takes 5-6 months, I will be late. And I don't think I can get j1 or not eligible again for j1 because rule 214b. Should I still try or any legal advice to success my j1 visa application.
