    HI Ron,

My GC expires in AUG 2015.
I took a 2-year permit in 2008 and came to india.
Visited back US in 2010 May and stayed there for 3 months and came back to India in AUG
    And haven't visited till now.

Now can I enter into US in Aug 2013 or will there be any problem in entering

Hoping to hear from you soon
    Thanks
    RK

If you remain outside the U.S. for more than 365 consecutive days (without a re-entry permit), your green card is no longer valid for use as an entry document. You need to go to the nearest U.S. consulate and apply for a returning U.S. resident visa.
