Currently am working with company A at the client location C. But there is a middle vendor B between my employer and the client. Now client decided to terminate vendor "B" and wants to have new vendor "D" between my employer and the client. All other details like work location, employer, client everything is same, but new vendor.
Currently my H1B extension is pending since 6 months. My question is does the change in vendor requires to file an H1B ammendement? Does this be considered as material change?

Ron - Can you please let me know your thoughts?

    Thanks,

Under those circumstances, my feeling is that you don't need an amendment.
