Today I got "Intent to Revoke" notice from my attorney on my approved I-140.Here is the brief summary of my case.

I have filed my labor with Company A in 2006 (future employement) and working for company B (sister company of "A"), and filed my I-140 in 2006 and approved with in a 4 months. Then applied for 485 in 2007 and got the EAD,since 2009 I am working for Company C (with out AC 21 fileing).
Last week my attorney got "Intent to Revoke" notice from USCIS asking for Company A's federal tax returns from 2007 to 2010.The company A went out of business.

    What are my options now?
    Really appreciate your help.
    Thanks in advance!

You have to discuss this with your attorney.

I don't think after Jan 2017, your 140 can be revoked for employer going out of business. If you've had 140 for more than 180 days except for fraud it misrepresentation...
