    Hi,
My colleague's L1A was approved few weeks ago. He is planning to visit the local consulate for L1A Individual visa stamping. If in case if the stamping is rejected ...My questions ...are below ; (1) Still is there any chance of getting the L1A Visa ? (2) Will he be able to travel again using my B visa ? (3) will he be able to renew my existing B visa expiring next year ?
( I am curious to know this, bcz My company is also planning to suggest me the L1 with an option to choose my own attorney,.)

Yes, Try again with genuine paper work.
Why the heck you pretend as you are posting for a colleague, If it's really for your colleague, why would he travel with your B visa?
Again don't try to pretend as you are posting for a colleague , why would he renew your B visa?
