I got I-140 approved from Employer A, after that I joined company B, company B filed an H1 extension on basis on I-140 approval (till 2019) and due to some personal reason I am planning to move back to India for 2 years.
    I have few questions :

    1) Does my I-140 will be still valid if I join employer B India branch ?
    2) Can someone who worked on an H1B for 10 years and contributed to social security taxes will get social security benefits after retirement even though he/she doesn't get a Green Card or citizenship or if he/she is in india?

    Thanks In Advance

    1) i-140 is valid as long as you are alive.
    2) no agreement between us and india. unless you become us citizens you loose all the money
