    Hi,

I have my I-140 approved with my current employer in 2011. I am thinking to change the job. I have 2 question.
    1) My current employer is ready to work with me and he is not going to file for canceling i-140. My question is if i find a employer he is ready to transfer H1B but not sponsor GC then i can go back to my current employer when my date become current.
    2) What will my current employer needs to do when my date will become current.

Thanks in advance for your time.

    Thanks
    Ravi

    1. Yes
    2. Give you a letter to file 485 stating that he still needs you once you get GC.

Note; I am not a lawyer.
