I recently got married to a Nepalese girl and want to bring her to the state. So far I found I-130 is the right form to start with. Now, what are the exact documents required to file? I would appreciate any suggestion!
I read in another thread regarding Birth certificate, which she does not have. Does it work same way as in India for Nepal as well?
I have also heard, during deploymnet period if wife is in state I could apply for the citizenship right away, for her! Could you please verify this? Thanks!
