Based on the new analysis posted on murthy Acceptance dates will stay put for now and final action date will not move in November bulletin. It is only expected to move after they completely assess the number of applications. My best guess is this will take us into 2016.

That's a reasonable assessment and pretty much consistent with what Mr. Oppenheim said.

Actually I am asking for Murthy's post where Mohan read about the acceptance date no movement in November VB.

    Hi Ron,

For this month (Sep, 2015), I am current - EB3-I with PD of 06-17-2004. USCIS has received our RFE response on 08-25-2015 that we had submitted through your office. I have not yet been approved. Given that there are only 7 more working days in this month, if I do not get approved within the month, is it possible to get approved in October, 2015 based on a visa number already allocated to me in September 2015 due to USCIS processing delays? Some other people on Trackitt are reporting that L1 officers have mentioned this. Can this be true? Thanks

    Rajesh

OK, first, don't post your questions here. Call me personally to discuss your case. Discussing it here puts attorney-client privilege at risk.

The fiasco is over, they brought the dates back to jul 2009. That is where the EB2 dates can move to in the next fiscal based on what we know so far. Once the OCT numbers are out we will know the inventory and get a clear picture as to how the dates will progress. Feel bad for folks who got excited and spent for Attorney and medicals.

I thought about naming my black lab Karma, but decided on Payback instead. Now, when people ask me why I named my dog payback, I explain, she's not a dog, Payback's a bitch.

Ron, somehow I cannot imagine this line without the obligatory gun in your hand and a famous villain at your mercy.
