    Kamakazee/Ron,

I hope you might see my question here.

In my case, it was received by uscis on may 27th and notice date is may 29th. When I called uscis on monday they said it has to pass 75 days from notice date to file an SR. Tomorrow i am planning to file an SR.

Do we need to have a valid reason to file an SR or are we eligible to file an SR after 75days?

I heard that there is no use filing an SR until 90days is that true?

You can file an SR after 75 days. I just saw that someone who applied on May 26th filed an SR after 75 days and his application was approved the next day.

    Kamakazee,

You were the one who suggested we can raise 75 days. Many advisers discouraged that we cannot do anything until 90days. It paid off buddy. Long wait. We raised SR yesterday and now message changed to Card is being produced. Thanks a lot. You we key in all the H4 rule progression. Thanks to you and all the members who made this happen.
