    Hi Ron ,
I am currently working for Employer B (capexempt-University filed under cap exempt) for over last 4 years(started in Dec 2010) and have I-140 approved by Emp B. Before working for employer B , I was working for a cap subject employer A under H1-b(cap subject in Oct 2007) for just over 3 years .. If i wanted to switch , Would i be able to work for Employer C (for profit) without being to subject to CAP since i have been subject to CAP in 2007 and I have approved 140 from cap exempt but not in the past 6 years ) ?

    Thank you ,
    Suranj

You should be able to go back to a cap-subject H1B since you have already been counted.
