    Hi ..

I am planning to get my H1 transferred to another employer.
But my current employer is not providing me the latest pay stubs, since he is aware that I would be leaving.
My monthly salary is directly deposited.

What option do I have to get my new H1 processed without the pay stubs ?

Use a copy of your bank statement

If I just provide the bank statements, do we have the chances of getting an RFE, specifically asking for the paystubs ?
If yes, how do we explain that the employer is not proving me with any such supporting documents ?

Just tell them that the employer is uncooperative and in violation of federal and state law. Tell them that this is the best secondary evidence you can give them.
