The Big 4 maybe trying to do the... if I may... "shit", but they are nowhere close to Infosys, TCS and Wipro. These 3 use up majority of H1B Quota.

The big 4 pay decent wages.

They rank in the Top 10 H1B Companies. As far as wages go, they pay don't pay more than the Indian companies.

    FYI.

HR.213 referred to house judicary sub-comittee on immigration and border security.

Since it is a carbon copy of H.R 3012, which was passed with a massive bi-partisan majority, it should sail through pretty quickly. It gonna hit a roadblock in the Senate again from Sessions and Grassley!

It will also pass the senate judiciary committee with amendments. Depends on what McConnel decides to do.

For every H1B working in Iowa, there are at least ten illegals working in meat packing plants. I'm all in favor of curbing H1B abuse, but let's not be selective when looking at fixing immigration problems.

Right that is why I said Grassley will add his restrictive amendments.

Ron, do you think, continuing this H.R 2131 of the 113th Congress thread has any value now that we are in the 114th Congress and have H.R 213 in play? Could we close this thread and open a new thread for H.R 213 so that we have a relevant thread?
