No, he sets them based on the known numbers of cases. It's then up to the USCIS to decide whether to accept the Table B dates.

You can sue the government for mental abuse and financial loss. This is be perfect action item to file a lawsuit.

The only real solution is more visa numbers. Join us in suing them to recover wasted numbers.

On a practical level, a lawsuit like that takes years and costs a lot of money in guess what, lawyer fees.

See that's why i said earlier USCIS and DOL are pro employer/attorney organizations.Don't dare to expect your complaints solved by them in good faith. These people are the most corrupt and they take pleasure in seeing immigrants in pain.Typical british mentality and ofcourse it makes sense these colonist were originated from same british land.

If they are so inefficient with visa bulletin they are definitely inefficient in the way they function with visa number......we have been dependent on them for our careers and life to get stability in this country.

This bulletin supersedes the bulletin for October 2015 that was originally published on September 9, 2015, and contained Dates for Filing Applications long used by the Department of State for internal processing purposes. Following consultations with the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), the Dates for Filing Applications for some categories in the Family-Sponsored and Employment-Based preferences have been adjusted to better reflect a timeframe justifying immediate action in the application process. The Dates for Filing Applications sections (sections 4.B. and 5.B.) which have been adjusted have been identified in Bold type.
