I do not think Judge matter. It depends on how hearings go and who has the strong legal basis. Most pro immigrant groups and their lawyers are always arguing they are right but for everything there is other side. You need to recall that majority of the Supreme court is republican appointed but still they ruled most of the cases favorable to Obama and democrats. Even circuit court ruled favor to Obama for the DACA case in last may. So it does not make sense to give political color to Judgment though the issue is political

It will definitely help, my friend. No one likes to get sued for every action he takes. The EAs we are thinking are dead, will come back to life if the administration wins.

Now the projected/potential spillover from EB3ROW will be split evenly between India, Philippines and China EB3.

Not really. There cant be too many from P and C way back in 2004. Effectively EB3I will get most of the spillover this way.

Not at all. I've gotten them approved for functional manager in legal and accounting departments.

I disagree. I think both the absolute and per capita rate of fraud is much greater in EB2 and EB3.

I stated the same in a follow-up post. My comments on EB1C was in response to cuckoos post where he stated FB fraud is very high.

Often, functional manager EB1s are easier than regular manager petitions. Also, filing an EB1 petition has absolutely no effect on a previously approved petition.
