    There are many just like this one. The dirty little secret the CIS tries to keep under wraps is the very large number of its personnel that are convicted (or enter guilty pleas) in federal court every year. I think that one of the reasons that they see fraud in every petition and application is that they are projecting their own values onto those who file with them.

    well I guess they are just not happy with the good salary that they earn. They have to accept bribes as well...
