FBI Name Check Procedures in detail - Report by OIG

    It took countless lawsuits to bring it to this stage where the name check issue is out in the open. I would be very surprised if the Name Check would be cited as a reason for hold up in AOS cases any more. The "reason" for delay is going to be "something else". Leave it to CIS to define "something else".
