    Hi Ron,

Me and my wife got our citizenship recently and we want to bring our family over from Pakistan on immigrant visa.

My side: Mother and brother (+30yrs age)

My wife side: Father, Mother and brother (16yr age). Can he come with the parents?
    Sister and her husband.

What is the best strategy to get them here. How much will it cost filing fees and lawyer fees and how long will it take?

Your parents may immigrate free of any quotas as "immediate relatives." Your siblings must go through the FB4 category, which has a backlog of about ten years.

    Hi,

If I bring my parent here on greencard and then can my parent apply for their son (my sibling) for greencard F2A?
