I have parole stamp on my I-94 that expires June 2011. Although I know that the expiration date stamped does constitute illegal presence since my I-485 EB3 is still pending, is there a way (apart from traveling out of he country and coming back in)of showing/proving that the I-94 date does not mean my status has expired?

I am attending grad school and I could qualify for some financial aid. They need to see an I-94 with a parole stamp that is not expiring soon. Technically does parole status expire after 1 year of entering the US?

    Thank you

You could try showing them your EAD. Failing that, the only thing that I can suggest is a quick trip to the border to get a new I-94.
