In California May 2007, I was arrested and charged with possession and transportation of marijuana for sale and felony possession of a deadly weapon (baton).

The first 2 charges were dismissed and the weapon charged was made a misdemeanor. I was given 11357 (c) possession of marijuana of more than 28.5 grams. Given deferred entry of judgement and had my record expunged with 1203.4.

I was also arrested for DUI in september 2008 but case was dismissed.

Would it be safe to apply for citizenship since no crimes of moral turpitude were violated and my conviction for marijuana was a simple possession and it would fall under the lujan benefit since it was before 2011 and expunged
