    Hi,
I am travelling to the US for the first time. The work location mentioned in my LCA is of Cupertino but my actual work location would be in Sunnyvale. Everything else including the Client, employer, Job designation remains same. Do i have to file an LCA and H1B amendment? Also if i do have to file can the amendment be filed once i am already in the United States?

    Thanks
    Lnx

if depends. most probably yes. If cupertino and sunnyvale are in the same zone classified for LCA , you are fine or else you will need an amendment

It appears Cupertino and Sunnyvale are in the same wage location; if that's the case, no amendment is necessary. Full addresses are needed to be certain.
