    The State Department has announced that consular posts will no longer accept I-130 relative petitions. I've posted the contents of the complete State Department memo on the main ImmInfo.com web site in the News section.

    That is a dead link. At the recent AILA annual conference, both the Dept of State and USCIS officials were talking about how the State Department was only handling a very limited number of I-130 petitions - as described in the links in my post above.
