    Hi Ron,
I have an approved I 140 from employer A and my Perm was filed as Software Engineer. Now I have a job offer from company B as 'Manager, Engineering'. Company B will start my PERM after I join.
    I have some concerns
    1. Can my previous PD be retained. (there is a change in Job title.. new role is similar to Software Engineer but in addition I will manage a team and will have few additional responsibilities).
    2. Does PD can be retained even if my employer A will revoke my earlier I 140

    Thanks.

The short answers are yes and yes. Once an I-140 is approved, the beneficiary gets to keep that priority date forever. It doesn't matter if you change employers or occupations. You will need a new PERM and I-140, but you can keep your old PD.
