    Good Morning Ron,

I am pretty sure you have been asked this question a zillion times however I still wanted to get your perspective on my specific situation.

Its been over a month, I was approved as an LPR under the EB2 category. I have been receiving good job offers and I wanted to know when is it safe to switch employers. I have been with my petitioning employer since 2011 and my green card was approved in June 2016. If I change my jobs say after 3 months of receiving my green card would I have established good faith? I applied for my 485 in January 2016 and was approved on June 2016 ( 5 months). I am not able to find a clear answer to this & hence requesting your advise. The new job will be in the same field however with a more senior title and substantial increase in salary.

    Please advise .

    Thank you
    Gagan

In my opinion, you may safely change jobs if you are going to move to a similar position.
