    Hi,
I have some questions about EB1 eligibility.

I worked for Company A for 6 years in India as a manager ( for 2 years as manager) and same company processed my H1B and I came down to US on April 2011.

After an year, April 2012, I moved to other companies B,C and now with D now. D has processed my GC and received my approoved I-140 from D.

If I move back to company A (where i worked for the same company in India as a manager), can they file my GC under EB1? as I have worked as a manager in India out side of USA.

    Thanks,
    Natraj

If they give you a job offer as a managerial level employee, you definitely appear to be eligible for EB1C classification. You need to consult with expert immigration counsel before you move, however, as this is a complex issue.

Thanks James...How much it would cost to evaluate this case and provide an opinion?

    We don't do that.
